- Chicken, duck, quail: treatment of CRD (caused by Mycoplasma spp.), typhoid fever, pasteurellosis, white diarrhea, mucous feces, rhinorrhea (runny nose), swollen head.

- Swines, buffaloes, beeves, goats, sheep: 1 g per 10 kg of body weight
- Chickens, ducks, quails: 1 kg per 500 kg of feed or 1 kg per 1,000 liters of drinking water, uses 5 - 7 consecutive days.
